Buyer’s Information
Buyer’s Premium
Liquidation Prime charges a 10%–15% Buyer’s Premium on auction purchases. The applicable Buyer’s Premium is displayed on the Browse and Listing pages before bidding and is applied at checkout.
A 15% Buyer’s Premium applies to pallet purchases.
A 10% Buyer’s Premium applies to truckload purchases.
The Buyer’s Premium is taxable and applies to auction items only, unless otherwise stated.
Auction Extension
If a bid is placed within the final 3 minutes before an auction closes, the auction closing time will automatically be extended by an additional 3 minutes.
This gives all buyers a fair opportunity to place their final bids before the auction closes.
Methods of Payment
Liquidation Prime accepts the following payment methods:
Cash
E-Transfer
Wire Transfer
Payment must be completed before any inventory is released.

Liquidation Prime reserves the right to refuse the release of inventory to third-party pickup persons if payment verification is required or if the payment method creates a security concern.
If you plan to send someone else to pick up your order, we recommend paying by E-Transfer or having your pickup person pay in-store to avoid delays or refusal of pickup.
Regular payment and pickup deadlines still apply.
Payment & Pickup Deadline
All items purchased on or before Wednesday at 11:59 PM must be fully paid for and picked up by the upcoming Saturday at 5:00 PM.
If an item is not paid for or picked up by the deadline, Liquidation Prime may cancel the sale, remove the item from your account, relist the inventory, and charge any applicable fees.
Buyers are responsible for reviewing all pickup deadlines before placing a bid.
Late Payment or Late Pickup
If a buyer fails to pay for and pick up an order by the required deadline, Liquidation Prime may charge a penalty.
For the first missed payment or missed pickup deadline, Liquidation Prime may charge a fee equal to 10% of the lot purchase price.
Repeated late payments, missed pickups, abandoned orders, or failure to follow payment and pickup rules may result in account suspension.
Membership Suspension
Accounts with outstanding balances, unpaid fees, abandoned orders, or repeated violations of Liquidation Prime’s payment and pickup rules may be suspended.
To reactivate a suspended account, the buyer must pay:
All outstanding balances
All applicable late fees
A $100.00 reactivation fee
Reactivation payments must be made by E-Transfer, debit, or cash.
Liquidation Prime reserves the right to report unpaid balances or delinquent accounts to collection agencies.
Pickup Information
Buyers must pick up their orders within the required pickup window.
Orders must be fully paid before pickup. Please bring your invoice or order details when you arrive.
Buyers are responsible for bringing a suitable vehicle and any help needed to load their purchases safely.
Liquidation Prime may refuse pickup if payment cannot be confirmed, the order cannot be verified, or the vehicle is not suitable for the inventory.
Final Sale Policy
All sales are final.
All inventory is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, unless otherwise stated in the listing.
Liquidation Prime does not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations due to buyer’s remorse, resale performance, condition expectations, missing packaging, minor quantity differences, or normal liquidation inventory variance.
Buyers are responsible for reviewing all available photos, descriptions, condition notes, quantities, and listing details before placing a bid or completing a purchase.
